Sneak Preview of Europa's Spring 2007 Line Up

Heading into its fourth consecutive publishing season, Europa Editions presents readers with a fresh selection of English language originals and quality translations that includes new fiction from Ireland, France, Australia, Italy, and Spain.

Some of our most successful authors return this spring with new titles—including Massimo Carlotto, Jean-Claude Izzo, Carlo Lucarelli, and Alicia Giménez-Bartlett. In addition, we’ll be introducing American readers to a trio of authors never before published in the U.S.: Italy’s bestselling Alessandro Piperno; one of Ireland’s foremost contemporary crime writers, Gene Kerrigan; and the highly-praised Australian author and poet, Peter Kocan. Lastly, we’re thrilled to introduce our youngest readers to Altan, author and illustrator of Italy’s best-loved children’s character, the adorable Timpa.

It promises to be another great season for Europa Editions, and we invite you to experience all that we have on offer: stimulating fiction, memorable stories well told, books that engage the mind and touch the heart.
